Why has the promotion alliance function been banned?

If you engage in any of the following behaviors, once confirmed by DemoBuy officially, your promotion alliance function and the right to obtain revenue may be subject to corresponding restrictions:

1.1 Fraudulent Behavior: If you act as a promoter and use deceptive, false advertising or other means to gain more promotion users and higher ownership fees, we will consider it as fraudulent behavior. This includes but is not limited to:

a. Exaggerating our services or functions too much in promotional activities to attract more promotional users;

b. Boosting orders and promotional data; Download unofficial clients;

c. Using illegal tools such as simulators, plugins, and cheats to scan codes, download, install, register, log in, give gifts, claim bonuses, or withdraw funds;

d. Register multiple accounts; Tampering with device data;

e. Disrupting the order of the platform through malicious profit-making and other behaviors;

f. Using plugins, add-ons, systems or third-party tools to interfere with, damage, modify or exert other influences on the platform and other improper means as we determine.

1.2 Illegal Acts: If you, as a promoter, engage in any behavior that violates laws, regulations or platform rules during the promotion process, we will consider it an illegal act. This includes but is not limited to infringing upon others' rights and interests, spreading rumors containing misleading and false information, disseminating content containing violence and pornography, and spreading politically inflammatory information, etc.

1.3 Interference with the Normal operation of the Platform: If you, as a promoter, attack, disrupt or interfere with the normal operation of our platform through technical or other means, or use our promotion activities to carry out cyber attacks or spread viruses, etc., we will regard it as an interference with the normal operation of the platform. This will have an impact on our service and affect the experience of other users.

1.4 Malicious Competition: We all know that reasonable competition can drive progress. However, if you, as a promoter, use our platform to engage in malicious competition, including but not limited to stealing the labor achievements of other promoters, attacking and defaming other promoters, or infringing upon the legitimate rights and interests of other promoters, we will consider it as malicious competition behavior.

1.5 Publishing False Information: If the information you post contains content that violates national laws, administrative regulations, etc., or infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of third parties, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, portrait rights, etc., we demand that you immediately cease such behavior.

1.6 Infringement of Personal Information: During the promotion process, we require promoters to strictly abide by laws and regulations, respect and protect users' personal information. Any illegal acquisition and dissemination of users' personal information will be dealt with severely by us.

1.7 Promoting competing Platforms: We welcome promoters to promote DemoBuy. However, if promoters promote other cross-border purchasing platforms similar to ours, we will consider it as promoting competing platforms of DemoBuy, and the promoters will lose their promotion qualifications and the right to benefit from the promotion alliance.

1.8 Violation of Contract Terms: The promotion alliance agreement we signed with the promoter contains a series of terms, including but not limited to promotion rules, bonus acquisition processes, etc.

2. What consequences will my violations during promotion lead to?

If you engage in any violations during the promotion activities, the DemoBuy official will impose the following penalties based on your violation and the effect of rectification:

2.1 Disable the Promotion Alliance function: If your promotion activities violate our rules, we will disable your promotion alliance function. During this period, you will not be able to acquire new promotion users and will not be able to receive promotion commissions.

2.2 Removal of Promotion Users: For those who obtain promotion users through fraudulent means, once we verify it, we will remove the promotion users you have defrauded. This means that these users will no longer belong to your promotion users, and you will not be able to receive any benefits from them.

2.3 Permanent Restriction on Function Usage: For those promoters who have repeatedly and seriously violated the rules, we will permanently restrict their use of the promotion alliance function and close their complaint channels. This means that you will no longer be able to use our promotion alliance feature and will not be able to appeal against it.

3. I have stopped the violation. How can I restore the normal use of the promotion alliance function?

If you have stopped the violation and wish to restore the normal use of the promotion alliance function, you can follow the steps below

First, you need to find and click the "Appeal" button on the promotion alliance interface. After you click, the official DemoBuy will review your rectification situation. Once we confirm that you have stopped all violations, we will restore the normal use of your promotion alliance function.

Please note that if you do not proactively rectify the violation and click the "Appeal" button, the penalty of disabling the promotion alliance function will continue and you will not be able to use the promotion alliance function.

Special reminder: Promotional users obtained through fraudulent activities will be reset to zero and cannot be restored.
