1. No compensation will be given for the loss of mail caused by force majeure such as natural disasters or customs reasons.
2. If the items sent violate the regulations on prohibited or restricted items and are confiscated by the competent authority or dealt with in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, no compensation will be given.
3. If the mail package is intact without any signs of tampering at the time of submission and the weight has not decreased but the contents are missing or damaged, no compensation will be given.
4. If the mail trajectory shows that the package was not delivered properly and it is confirmed by the logistics provider that the package was confiscated by the customs, the logistics provider's query shall prevail and no compensation will be given.
5. No compensation will be given for the loss of the mail or the shortage of contents due to the customer's responsibility or the nature of the items sent.
6. If the customer neither makes an inquiry nor requests compensation within the inquiry period from the date of sending the email, no compensation will be provided.
7. No compensation shall be given for international mail that is detained, confiscated or destroyed by the recipient country in accordance with its domestic laws.
