I. Compensation Details




If your package is lost, damaged, delayed, or subject to customs seizure, and you have purchased package insurance when submitting the waybill, we will compensate based on the actual shipping cost of the package plus the actual value of the goods, with the maximum compensation not exceeding the insured amount. If your package is delayed and after obtaining the delay compensation, there is a situation of loss/damage or customs seizure, we will deduct the delay compensation amount before making the final compensation.

1. Disclaimer for delay insurance: In the event of force majeure factors such as epidemics, adverse weather conditions, and wars in the country of origin, transit, or destination; The package was inspected by the customs, but the recipient refused to cooperate with the local customs for customs clearance or tax payment. The extension of delivery time due to reasons such as the failure of package delivery or the recipient's failure to collect the package in time after it reaches the delivery point is not within the scope of delay compensation.


2. Exemption Statement for Loss/Damage Insurance: Loss/damage of the package due to the recipient's reasons, as well as the package being returned to the overseas warehouse of the logistics provider or destroyed by the logistics provider due to the recipient's failure to sign for the package in time, are not within the scope of loss/damage compensation.


3. Disclaimer of Customs Fastener Insurance: Customs fasteners caused by the recipient's failure to cooperate with local customs clearance or tax payment, etc., are not within the scope of customs fastener compensation.
