User requests to preview package before payment to know the actual weight in advance

Package Photography

User requests photos of the package status before shipment

1. One photo of the items arranged inside the box before sealing
2. One overall photo after sealing

2. Specify the need for photos of the packaging status after packing;

Extended Storage Period

User requests to extend the storage period of items

Extend storage period as requested by the user; can be operated once the order status is "In Warehouse". Each extension can be up to6 months.

Notify user via email and in-site message“Processed”

1. Item number requiring extended storage (PI+number);

2. Specify how many months to extend (in months; maximum 6 months per extension);

Detailed Photography (After Warehousing)

After standard QC photos, user requests additional detailed photos, such as close-up measurements, etc.

3-7 photos

After photography is completed, customer can log in to the personal client to view.

Standard QC photos are generally3-7 photos taken from multiple angles such as front, back, side (or LOGO) with regular resolution. The number of photos is related to the product nature; Detailed photography provides diverse and customized high-resolution photos based on customer-specified requirements (such as shooting angle, specific parts, etc.), such as detailed specifications, size photos, etc. The final number of photos and shooting angles for item QC are determined by DemoBuy based on the product attributes.

Detailed Photography (At Order Placement)

When submitting an order, customer additionally requests detailed photos, such as close-up measurements, etc.

Take photos as requested and provide corresponding status and quantity of photos

After photography is completed, customer can log in to the personal client to view.

Provide specific photography requirements, such as one photo of the chestLOGO and one photo of the garment length;
