How to get a refund after recharging a credit card?

DemoBuy currently supports four international credit cards (VISA, Master, Diner and Discover). If you recharge with these credit cards, you can follow the steps below to get a refund.








First, enter the "My Assets" interface and click the "Refund" button.








Second, when choosing a refund, please pay attention to your transaction method, make sure it is by credit card, and then click "Refund".








Third, fill in the refund amount. Please ensure that the amount you fill in does not exceed the amount shown in the prompt. After the refund application is successful, it will be transferred to the account corresponding to the original transaction method.








Fourth, after submitting your refund application, you can confirm the result of your refund in the "My Assets" interface. If the refund application has been successful, it will display "Processed".
