Explanation on the transaction review time limit

Some transactions, due to the special nature of payment methods (such as PayPal/ credit card payment), need to be further reviewed and approved before they can enter the order processing procedure.




If your payment order has entered the review stage (the order status is "under Review"), but the order status has not been updated within 24 hours, it is possible that we need you to provide further materials to cooperate with the review. Please pay attention to checking your email or in-site message and provide relevant supporting documents as required. If you do not reply to us within 72 hours, your transaction may be cancelled and the payment will be refunded along the original route.
