Why was my DemoBuy account locked?
If your DemoBuy account is locked, there are generally the following two reasons:
1) You have a transaction under review and verification. We need you to provide further information to cooperate with the review. Once the review is passed, we will unlock your account in a timely manner.
2) Recently, you have initiated a dispute or refused payment regarding your credit card transaction. Once a refusal is initiated, our system will automatically lock your DemoBuy account. We will unlock your account promptly after you revoke the refusal and notify us.
2. What are the impacts of locking a DemoBuy account?
If your DemoBuy account is locked, all requests related to your account will be put on hold, including:
1) Order-based procurement;
2) Parcel delivery;
3) Refund request.
Therefore, if you have any questions or are not satisfied with your transaction or order (package) or DemoBuy service, please contact our customer service for further confirmation and handling. We will definitely respond to you within 24 days and ultimately give you a satisfactory reply.
If you do not contact us but choose to directly initiate a dispute or refuse payment with a third party (such as a credit card) first, the third party will need to freeze the funds and conduct an investigation. As a result, your DemoBuy account will be locked, which may cause delays in your order purchase, package delivery or refund requests. Your account will not be unlocked in a timely manner until you contact us and confirm the cancellation of the non-payment.
