Ordered




The purchaser has successfully placed an order with the seller and is waiting for the seller to ship the goods








Dispatched




The seller has dispatched the goods and is waiting for them to arrive at the DemoBuy warehouse








Signed for




The goods have been delivered to the DemoBuy warehouse for signature and are awaiting inspection








Has arrived




The goods have been inspected and weighed, and are now waiting to be warehoused








Has been stored in the warehouse




The product has been stored in the DemoBuy warehouse and can be submitted for delivery at any time during the free storage period








Supplementary payment




The amount paid for the order is lower than the actual amount by the seller. Users need to complete the supplementary payment before they can place an order normally








Invalid




If the product name or price does not match what you submitted, the actual product has no pictures or descriptions, virtual products, prohibited products, etc., all will be regarded as invalid orders








Returned order




When a user applies to cancel an order or returns it due to reasons such as the seller's or customs policies, the payment for the goods will be automatically refunded to the balance of your DemoBuy account








"Returning goods"




DemoBuy has successfully negotiated the return with the seller and the goods have been dispatched to the seller. We are now waiting for the seller to receive the goods and refund the money

The return and refund process has been completed, and the return amount has been refunded to the user's DemoBuy account
